After responding to the emergency needs of citizens caused by COVID-19 and it has ceased globally we need to provide sustainable ways of earning a living and creating success for the future. We can help fight poverty amongst the youth and others in Uganda through mentoring, technical skills training and talents development in job creation, specifically those under the mentorship of Youth with Talents Uganda (YWTU). This group includes marginalized youths; the school dropouts, the homeless, the jobless, youths with no formal skills and youths from low income families in rural- urban areas.

Each beneficiary requires $300 per person. We are targeting more than 1000 youth beneficiaries to be positively affected by creating respectable, self-sustaining jobs.

Sub-total-(1,000 x $300) = $300,000 USD per year

Also, our “Child Bridge to girl/boys” education project also proposes to help orphaned vulnerable children (OVC’s) and school dropouts to access forms of education through e-learning platforms via computer, smart phones or school/community computer labs.

Helping to educate these groups is $300 per learner per year. We aim to educate 360 OVC’s and vulnerable dropouts, especially girls, in one year.
